Build Royale

Build Royale is an online multiplayer battle royal game that features a top-down perspective. The player uses their avatar to harvest materials, collect weapons and useful items, build a defense against other players, and kill enemy avatars.

The player starts by selecting either the Create a Party or Join a Party options in the upper-left corner or the green Play button at the center. Before they play, they can also choose to join as a single player, play with someone else, or join a squad using Solo, Duos and Squad options below the Play button.

As soon as Build Royale begins, the player must direct their avatar to rapidly complete necessary tasks. Weapons like grenades, muskets, pistols, shotguns and sniper rifles and emergency medical kits are critical to initially defending against attacks. The player finds items on the ground, hidden near bushes, and inside nearby structures. They must initially use nearby buildings for cover and then build their base to wait out a storm and defend against enemies. A mini map in the upper-right corner can help them track other players.

The player can also raise their rank to appear on leaderboards. They access the rank view on the main screen by using a gold trophy button.

How to play:

Select a mode of play. Gather materials, weapons and other items quickly. Use buildings for cover and build defenses. Prepare for the storm. Survive for as long as possible.

Controls:

Keyboard: Build Royal requires a keyboard for some aspects of gameplay. To direct the avatar's movements, use the WASD keys. To make the character jump, use Spacebar. To make it sprint, use Shift. To reload a weapon, use R. To open or close the inventory, use Tab. To open the map, use M. To start the building mode, use Q.
Mouse: Click buttons. To aim or change materials, use the right button. To shoot, use the left button.
Mobile: Tap buttons. To aim or change materials, use the trackpad's lower-right corner or right button. To shoot, use the lower-left corner or left button.
