State IO, also known as State.io, is a war-simulator, world-domination game that requires a player to use real-time strategies to conquer nearby states. The player's ultimate goals are to conquer enough states that they can take control of a region and then an entire country.
The player starts with 10 units that increase in size by 1 unit per second. The game chooses a color to represent their army. They must send their troops into uncontrolled states and against opposing forces of a different color.
State.IO doesn't require that the player conquer every uncontrolled state. Instead, they must destroy the opposing army and take control of the enemy's states as quickly as possible. This action prevents the enemy from generating an army that's too large to stop. It also eventually removes them entirely from the field of battle.
The player earns coins with each victory. They use their coins to increase their starting number of units and the speed of generating new units. They can also upgrade building, fighter and color options. After they conquer a large enough region, they receive a gift of coins if they watch an advertisement.

How to play:
Follow the onscreen prompt to take control of the first state. Watch the number of units that become available until there are enough to take an uncontrolled or controlled state. Move troops rapidly into the next territory. Expand and press forward with troops until none of the enemy armies remain.
Controls:
Mouse: To move units from one state to another, position the cursor above the circle at the center of the state, press the left button, and drag the mouse toward another state.
Mobile: To move armies, position the cursor, press the surface of the screen or pad, and slide in a direction.
