Woodoku

Woodoku is a block puzzle game with a 10x10 board and blocks made of wood. The player's goals are to earn a high score and play for as long as possible by creating lines of rows, columns or both by transferring polyomino shapes made of blocks to the board's empty grid spaces. They receive three modes of play (i.e., Bomb, Classic and Timed).

With the Bomb mode, the game presents play slightly similar to minesweeper. The player must create lines before bombs that display timers on blocks at random eventually blow up. With Classic, they merely create lines as long as they can until they run out of space. Lastly, during Timed play, they attempt to fill a progress bar before they have no remaining moves.

Woodoku doesn't provide new polyomino shapes until the player uses an entire set of three at a time. The player receives an arrow icon to help them undo a previous move or mistake and a shovel icon to remove a block from the board to make room for a shape.

The player earns both standard and bonus points. To receive the latter, they must complete a combo move by prompting the game to remove more than one 10-block line at a time. They perform this task by partially completing multiple adjacent lines and then placing a single shape to complete rows, columns or both. How to Play: Controls:

Choose a mode of play. Drag a shape onto the board. Position more shapes to create partial lines. Finish a combination bonus move with one shape. If necessary, use the undo and shovel icons.

Controls:

Mouse: Click buttons and icons. To drag a polyomino shape to the board, click and drag the mouse.
Mobile: Tap buttons and icons. To drag a shape to the board, tap and drag the finger or stylus.
