Wood Block Puzzle
Wood Block Puzzle, a block game that features classic, pentomino-style shapes, challenges a player to earn as many points and coins as possible by arranging seven block shapes on a grid to create horizontal rows and vertical columns. When the player successfully creates a line of blocks along a row or column, the line disappears to make room for more blocks. They keep playing until they run out of moves.
The player can use coins to buy more moves if they run out of empty spaces to place shapes. They can also purchase other types of gameplay that help free up space or create lines faster, such as a booster that allows them to clear a single block space or a large area. They can even swap the three shapes below the grid for different ones.
Wood Block Puzzle has no countdown timer. Unlike many similar games, the player doesn't have to worry about blocks automatically appearing on the grid and filling it up. Instead of only using the bottom of the grid first, as seen with Tetris, they can also place shapes anywhere on it as long as empty spaces exist.
How to play:
Choose one of the three distinctive shapes that appear below the grid and place it anywhere. Determine strategically the next best place to position a shape. Pick and place more shapes to create the lines that generate points and coins.
Controls:
Mouse: To choose and place a block shape, position the cursor above it, press and hold down the left button, and then drag the shape to the grid.
Mobile: To pick and place a shape, position the cursor, press a finger or stylus against the surface of the trackpad or touchscreen, and then slide the shape into position.
