Block Puzzle is a 9x9 puzzle game that requires a player to arrange polyomino shapes made of glossy, tile-like, colored blocks into rows, columns and subgrids to generate points. The player places the shapes on the two-tone gray board that features nine 3x3 subgrids in sets of three. When done correctly, the game automatically removes the row, column and subgrid forms and opens up space for the player to keep creating forms for as long as possible.

The player earns the most points by completing combination maneuvers in which they place the shapes strategically to remove two or more forms with one move. If they play long enough without running out of moves, they earn coins as achievements. The game displays the progress toward achieving each coin reward on a bar above the board. It also rewards coins when the player watches an advertisement.

In Block Puzzle, the player can use coins to buy boosters that help them create and remove forms faster. The game also helps the player by offering a temporary discard space to the right of the shapes below the board. If they can't place a shape on the board, they simply need to move it to this space to generate additional shapes.

How to play:

Slide a shape onto the board. Place additional shapes to create row, column and subgrid forms. Generate higher points by clearing more than one form at a time. Move an unusable shape to the temporary discard space. Buy or earn and use boosters.

Controls:

Mouse: To place a shape anywhere on the board, position the cursor on it, press the left button, and slide it onto the board.
Mobile: To place a shape, position the cursor, press the surface of the touchscreen or trackpad, and slide it onto the board.
