10x10 Block Puzzle
10x10 Block Puzzle, a block-removal game, teases a player's brain with the challenge of attempting to clear as many horizontal rows and vertical columns of connected blocks as possible on a 10x10 grid. The player must use logic, spatial awareness and strategy to place three colorful block shapes at a time on the grid to form the connected lines.
The player's goal during each game is to earn as many points as possible toward their score, which is labeled with a white trophy icon. The game calculates the score based on how many lines the player can remove at one time. The challenge is to create and remove multiple rows and columns and find enough space on the grid to add new block patterns. Every time the player removes lines, they free up grid spaces to continue the process.
The player's long-term goal is to try to beat their last best score. Thankfully, they don't need to worry about any sort of timer or automatic blocks filling the grid like similar games. They can place blocks at their own pace.
How to play:
Place patterned block shapes on the grid to create connected lines of rows and columns. Wait to complete the lines until after filling as much space as possible. Continue until the grid no longer has enough space to add shapes. Replay the game to beat the last score.
Mouse: To move and position one of the three available shapes, place the cursor on the shape, press the left button, and drag the shape to any empty spot.
Mobile: To position a shape, position the cursor on it with a finger or stylus via a touchscreen or trackpad, press the surface, and slide the shape to an empty spot.
