Butterfly Kyodai Deluxe is a tile-matching game with a butterfly theme that utilizes connect lines to complete matches.
The player is presented with a mix of vibrant butterfly wings on a board and must connect two of the same type of wings before time runs out. They can connect matching adjacent wings or any matching ones with open gray spaces between them. They can also connect wings found along the edges of the board as long as nothing is blocking the edge. Each successful match creates a different butterfly that flies away from the board. The player also earns coins that they can use to buy new wings and backgrounds.
Butterfly Kyodai Deluxe provides the player with three tools to make gameplay easier. A button labeled with a clock surrounded by ice temporarily halts the timer. A magic wand with a gold star acts like a hint tool and highlights two matching wings anywhere on the board with red borders. A button marked with two arrows rearranges the wings on the board to make it easier for the player to find matches. The game also features a daily gift box filled with coins and boosters.
How to play:
Find two adjacent tiles or border tiles with matching butterfly wings or matching tiles with empty gray spaces between them. Select each tile to connect them. Wait for the butterfly to start to fly away. Repeat the process to clear the board. Use boosters to slow time and rearrange wings.
