Bubble Town, a bubble-shooting game set in an island location, features the heads of characters instead of traditional bubbles. A player's goal is to pop these heads to clear playfields across 50 levels.
The player receives matching heads as projectile bubbles in a clear, plastic tube near a cannon that features a laser targeting system. They must shoot a head in the cannon at two or more connected, matching heads to pop the bubbles. Unless non-matching bubbles exist beneath the connected ones, all bubbles pop in their rows rather than drop to the bottom of the field. If any non-matching bubbles are attached below the connected ones, they drop and refill the plastic tube.
Bubble Town presents the player with several traditional and unique challenges and tools. For example, it displays the number of bubble heads remaining in the tube and implies that the player can lose a level if they run out of projectiles. Yet, the game auto-fills the tube at the last minute with new bubbles after they run out. It also makes some of the heads fall asleep in the rows. The player must hit a head with a bubble and wake it up before they can use it to make a connected line, which forces them to shoot an extra projectile.
That said, the player receives boosters, including a bubble that creates a cross hair at the end of the targeting laser for more precise shots and a fire bubble that shoots through a wide swath of non-matching bubbles. The player also receives bonuses to improve their score, including extra points for banks shots, big drops of non-matching bubbles and combination shots.

How to play:
Align the laser so that the projectile can hit two or more matching bubbles. Shoot the cannon. When available, use boosters. Repeat as many times as necessary to clear the field.
Controls:
Mouse: To direct the laser, slide the mouse. To shoot a projectile, click once.
Mobile: To direct the laser, slide stylus pen or finger across a trackpad or touch screen. To shoot a projectile, tap once.
