Scrap Metal 4: Rally is a driving and stunt game set in the same mountain valley location as the two previous games. The player receives several new vehicles, including race cars and a dune buggy. They attempt to turn the vehicles into scrap metal and achieve specific stunt-related goals.

Near the upper-left corner, the player can check or uncheck the damage option. If they leave it turned on, the game inflicts realistic damage based on the crash and vehicle type. The player can also adjust other settings, such as the TCS, ABS, ESP, T/A, and Steer/Ass.

The player can direct a vehicle to explore the valley's many hills and the hidden dirt paths and terrain near the surrounding steep cliffs and in the mountains. That said, they can also have fun in the valley by installing a variety of stunt objects. In addition to the previous options that included basic ramps and rolling eight balls, the player can now install a circular reflective dome, giant eight ball clackers, and rusted metal shipping containers. Additionally, they can place cheering fans and other spectators in the valley.

Drive the first vehicle or switch to something else. Make desired adjustments. Drive across the valley. Perform donuts, drifting and other stunts. Explore the landscape. Destroy vehicles. Install stunt items and perform amazing feats.

Controls:

Keyboard: Scrap Metal 4 requires a keyboard. To drive, drive across the valley and through the surrounding hills and mountains, and perform fun and complicated stunts, use Arrows or WASD. Set the emergency brake with Spacebar. Return to the previous screen with the Esc key.
Mouse: Click buttons and icons. To create the stunt arena by installing objects from the inventory, click and drag the mouse.
Mobile: Tap buttons and icons. To design the arena, tap and drag the finger or stylus.
