Scrap Metal 3: Infernal Trap is a continuation of the previous game with new alternate-reality makes and models of vehicles with popular designs (i.e., Sobaru Impreza, Monster Truck, Nasa Lida and Jeed Verokee) and even greater and more frustrating stunt options. In a valley surrounded on all sides by rolling hills, high mountains and sheer cliff faces, the player attempts to perform the greatest stunts possible. 

For fun, the player continues to attempt to completely destroy each vehicle. The game allows them to custom-design a stunt arena using an inventory of stunt objects and even people. The options include straight and halfpipe ramps, a large rolling eight ball, a hanging eight ball, a giant teeter totter made of eight balls, and different types of spectators. The Monster Truck offers entirely new ways to enjoy stunt objects, mountain roads and cliff faces.

Although the player only receives four vehicles this time, they continue to have all the same adjustment options as in the previous two games. Scrap Metal 3 allows them to turn the damage option off so that a vehicle never suffers any type of damage. That said, with the option turned on, the game auto-resets any damage when the player switches to a different vehicle. The glitch from the previous game remains. If the player flips a vehicle, they can't use it again unless they start over entirely. They can also adjust other areas like the anti-lock braking, electrical control and steering systems.

How to play:

Scroll through the vehicle options. Select one. Make custom adjustments. If desired, turn off the damage. Drive through the hills and mountains. Attempt to drive up the cliffs. Turn the valley into a custom stunt arena with the inventory objects.

Controls:

Keyboard: Scrap Metal 3 requires a keyboard. To drive around and perform stunts, use the Arrows or WASD keys. Use Spacebar to set the parking brake. Use the Esc key to leave.
Mouse: Click buttons and icons. To select and place an inventory stunt object, click and drag the mouse.
Mobile: Tap buttons and icons. To select and place a stunt object, tap and drag the finger or stylus.
