Egg Dash is a heart-pounding Geometry Dash racing side-scroller level titled Shell Shock that features egg avatars. The player helps one of 13 eggs attempt to reach the end of the level. They can select white, cream, brown, cracked, hard-boiled, speckled or painted eggs.

The player uses the leftmost option on the home screen, marked with a classic yellow Geometry Dash anthropomorphic square icon, to access and select the egg options. They then play the prefabricated level using the center icon.

During the dash, the egg rolls along the ground. The player must keep it from touching any objects by making it jump, bounce, fall through the air, and perform other actions to bypass white-outlined black blocks, tiers and walls, spikes, spheres and other objects. If the egg touches anything, it breaks apart into pieces of shell. The player uses a horizontal bar near the bottom of the level to track the egg's progress through it.

Egg Dash provides the player with the option to build their own level. Although four categories of objects don't offer any special egg items, the game does give the player a lot of custom building control and even five music options.

How to play:

Select a character via the leftmost icon on the home screen. Select the center icon. Direct the avatar's actions to prevent it from touching surfaces. If desired, add a custom level using the tools provided via the right home screen icon.

Controls:

Keyboard: To direct the avatar's actions, use the Arrows or WASD keys.
To add a custom level, use the 1 to 4 keys. To see every item per category, press each key more than once. To save the level, use O. Mouse: Click buttons and icons. To direct the egg, click or long-press the left mouse button.
Mobile: Tap buttons and icons. To direct the egg, tap or long-press the touchscreen or trackpad.
