Bridge
The bridge is a card game that has been around for more than 150 years. It is popular in North America, Europe, and parts of Asia. To start the game, we need to be four players, with each of us having a deck of cards and competing to be the first player to get rid of all our cards. The goal of bridge is to do more tricks than our opponents - but we also need to avoid taking too many tricks, so we don't give them any points! Play begins with one of us turning up one card from each pack face-up on the table in two rows called "the bidders." One row contains three cards, while the other has four; these are known as "the hand," which will be auctioned off by bidding process among us so we can win it and exchange it for another card from our packs or discard them altogether. The aim is to collect sets of 13 or fewer cards of the same suit. We determined the winner by checking any one of us who will have no cards left at hand when all other players have run out of them, and points are scored for each set collected in the end. Bridge gives us something to discuss after each hand by discussing plays - such as how well (or not so well) we played a hand. Come over so we can play this exciting game today!
