Super Marius World is a platformer game that takes you to a series of fun-filled levels. The game is merely inspired by the classic Super Mario game and managed to capture elements that we love from the iconic game. Here, you take control of Marius, a Mario-like character, and help him clear all levels by reaching the exit. This journey, however, will not be that easy because you have to pass through a series of challenging obstacles and enemies along the way.
Jump from one platform to another and make sure to collect all the coins along the way to get a higher score. Bounce on top of enemies to eliminate them and avoid obstacles at all costs. If Marius sustained too much damage and loses all his lives, the game will come to a quick end and you have no other option but to start over. How to play:
The mechanics for Super Marius World are generally simple and easily manageable. As soon as the game starts, it prompts you to a 2D side-scrolling screen. Using WASD or Arrow Keys, you can move the character around and jump from one platform to another. Each level features different terrain conditions. As you progress, you will encounter a great number of obstacles and enemies along the way. Moving enemies can be stomped to earn points. Be mindful that Marius has limited lives to spare. If you lose all the lives, the game will come to an end and you have to start at the same level back from the very beginning. Some levels also require you to collect keys in order to access the rest of the map. Aside from reaching the Finish line, you are also encouraged to collect as many coins as possible. The rate of difficulty will also drastically increase as you progress, making the game more challenging and thrilling at the same time.
