Zoo Island is a semi-idle, zoo-management game that teaches a player the basic steps to build, run and manage a wildlife park. The player has total control over a zoo made of enclosures and paths on islands separated by wooden bridges. Their only goal is to run the zoo well enough to continuously make money, bring in new animals and visitors and open up new areas.
Once the player chooses an avatar, they're given the task of collecting an animal for their first enclosure. They must travel via a red helicopter to a wild region of the world where they track, dart and collect the animal. At the zoo, they place it in an enclosure and feed it. The player uses cash received from visitors to open up new areas. Every visitor displays an emoji to represent their mood. The amount of money they give to the zoo depends on their enjoyment.
Since Zoo Island is an incremental game, costs increase over time. The player receives many opportunities to earn money and gain free money and supplies. For example, they're given free cash, animal food, speed boosts and wild animals when they watch advertisements.
How to play:
Capture an animal, place it in an enclosure and feed it. Welcome visitors from the boat at the pier. Collect cash near the enclosure. Open up more areas of the zoo with the money. Capture more animals, welcome more visitors, and collect more money. Receive or buy supplies.

Keyboard: To run forward and backward, press W or Up Arrow and S and Down Arrow, respectively. To run left and right, press A or Left Arrow and D or Right Arrow.
Mouse: To run in any direction, press the left button, and then slide the mouse up, down, left or right.
Mobile: To run in any direction, press the touch screen or pad, and then slide the stylus pen or finger up, down, left or right.
