Up Hill Racing
Up Hill Racing is a racing side-scrolling game that challenges a player to drive on difficult tracks through a wide variety of environments. The player, via an avatar and vehicle, must travel a distance of 3,000 before the game will unlock the next level. They must drive up and down rolling, rocky hills and across bumps and open spaces with as much stability as possible to prevent flips and crashes.
The player might need to repeat the drive on the same track multiple times to achieve their goal. Up Hill Racing makes it easy for them to flip forward or backward, lose momentum and run out of gas. Thankfully, the game allows them to keep any coins they collect on the track before they fail, which means they can then use the coins to perform upgrades and retry the race. For example, they can improve the stability of the vehicle at high speeds. They can improve fuel usage, fuel-tank capacity and vehicle power, acceleration and speed. They can also upgrade to a completely different vehicle that runs better.
How to play:
Drive as far as possible on a track. Collect coins by driving through them. Collect fuel cans. Stop accelerating or apply the brake before going downhill, especially on steep hills. Accelerate before driving up a steep incline. Unlock and upgrade vehicles. Race in new environments.
Controls:
Keyboard: To accelerate and race forward, press the Right Arrow key. To decelerate or stop the race, press the Left Arrow key.
Mouse: To race along the track, position the cursor above the right gas pedal, and click it. To stop the run, click the left brake pedal.
Mobile: To race along the track, position the cursor, and tap the right gas pedal. To stop the run, tap the left brake pedal.
