Super Brawl Showdown!, a fan remake and sequel of Nickelodeon's Super Brawl 2, is a cross-fighting game. The player attempts to win or learn fighting tactics from different matches across several modes (i.e., Training, Watch, Arcade, Tournament, Multiplayer, Tag Team and Survival) and 50+ stages (i.e., Amity Park, Autumn Forest, Carnival, Fairy World, Flying Dutchman's Ship, Frosty Mart, House of Pain, Jellyfish Fields, Krusty Krab, Penguin Lair, Pumpkin Patch and Madagascar Jungle).
The game features 48 characters from 24 animated series. In Training mode, the player can learn how to fight in any stage with one or more characters. With Watch mode, they observe how specific characters fight. With Arcade, they select character fighters and one or more stages. With Tournament, they rank and advance through matches. With Tag Team, they and another global player fight together against a team. With Survival, they attempt to retain their avatar's health during a match.
Super Brawl Showdown! uses basic and advanced fighting tactics. Each character can evade, kick and punch. That said, they can use special and super-special tactics as well.
As with many Nick games, this one offers a separate minigame in which the player collects and stores artifacts.

How to play:
Select a mode and a stage. Choose a fighter or fighters. Use the on-screen directions to make characters compete in a match. For the super-special tactics, use the displayed keys after the Super Meter fills. If desired, collect and store artifacts.
Controls:
Keyboard: The player must use a keyboard with this game. Follow the screen prompts to use Single-player controls. For Multiplayer controls, use the following for each player:
Player 1: To move right and left, block and jump, use the WASD keys. To punch, use period (.). To kick, use comma (,). To perform a special move, use slash (/).
Player 2: To move right and left, black and jump, use the Arrows. To punch, use X. To kick, use Z. To perform a special move, use C.
Mouse: Click buttons, icons and thumbnails.
Mobile: Tap buttons, icons and thumbnails.
