FreeCell Solitaire Blue is a version of classic FreeCell Solitaire displayed on a blue instead of traditional green card-game table. The player's goal is to clear the table of 52 cards that the game prearranges into a classic pattern with every card face up in eight columns. They must rearrange the cards into four suit piles in the foundation area near the top left side of the table. The top right side features the free cells or spaces that they use to make rearranging the cards easier.
The player can only rearrange cards in the columns in an alternating-color, descending, non-suit order (K, Q, J, 10, 9... 5, 4, 3, 2, A). Whenever they have difficulty finding a spot for a card on a column while trying to access cards layered under other cards, they can move the card to one of the empty free cells. In the foundation area, they place the Aces by suit (spades, hearts, clubs and diamonds) on the empty spaces and then build in ascending order (A, 2, 3, 4, 5... 9, 10, J, Q, K).
FreeCell Solitaire Blue doesn't force the player to complete their task within a specific amount of time. That said, it does track game length at the bottom of the table with points and bonus points. To make rearranging easier, it also supplies the player with an undo button and a hint button with up to five hints per game near the bottom right corner of the table.
How to play:
Find the Aces. Rearrange the cards to make descending builds. Create ascending foundation piles. Move cards to the free cells to access other cards. Finish the foundation builds.
Controls:
Mouse: To reposition a card automatically, click it. To reposition it manually, place the cursor above it, press the left button, slide it to a column, and release the button.
Mobile: To reposition a card automatically, tap it. To reposition it manually, place the cursor, press the trackpad or touch screen, slide the card, and stop pressing the surface.
