River Adventure
River Adventure is an endless runner game that challenges a player to help a soldier character on a boat travel down a river along green banks and hills in a valley near high mountains. The player's goal is to prevent the character from crashing into obstacles in the water for as long as possible while earning points and collecting orange diamonds. Common obstacles include large boulders and floating logs. The player must also take care to not allow the figure to crash into the river banks.
The game gives the player approximately 30 missions to complete. For example, the player might need to play so many levels, score a certain number of points or diamonds or score a certain number of points without collecting any diamonds. They score points based on their distance down the river. They collect diamonds by navigating the figure and boat through them.
After the player completes a few missions, River Adventure unlocks a new character. Potential characters include a knight, a masked banana, a king, a queen and a figure with a white rabbit head.
How to play:
Direct the figure on their boat around obstacles and through orange diamonds. Keep them away from the banks of the river. When the option becomes available, upgrade the character. Complete each new mission.
Controls:
Mouse: To direct the figure on the boat, position the cursor on the game screen, click once to float in one direction, and then click again to travel in the opposite direction. Practice with the clicks to gauge the best times to make the boat switch directions. Mobile: To direct the figure, position the cursor, tap the trackpad or touchscreen once to float in one direction, and then tap again to switch the direction. Practice taps to gauge the best times to switch directions.
